We’re very pleased to announce the release of OpenACircle 4.0; including support for Windows 7 and Mac OS X.
It’s been over a year since OpenACircle won “Best in Show” at DEMOfall ’08 and we released the initial version of our ground-breaking collaboration application. We have been working diligently to provide a Mac OS X (Leopard and Snow Leopard) supported version. The timing and changes of the Snow Leopard release inspired a few sleepless nights for our engineers…..but now, all the great features of OpenACircle, including our dynamic LIVE Meeting Room are fully supported on a Mac!
Another enhancement in this release is an improved “Meeting” button. Going forward, the new button features a logical drop-down menu that gives each user the option to “Start a New Meeting,” “Schedule a Meeting” or “Enter a Scheduled Meeting.” This enhancement remedies the confusion users had with the old “Meet Now” button.
