We’ve enhanced our LIVE Meeting Rooms!!!

Already jam-packed with great collaboration features, we have totally revamped our LIVE meeting rooms. With the release of OpenACircle and OpenAPrayer 5.0, the new LIVE room has the capacity to view up to nine (9) participant webcams at once…thus a 10-way video call for Premium subscribers. Additional features added to the enhanced LIVE room include:sys6_oac1

  • The capability to “promote” one of the webcams to view someone larger.
  • A webcam-only view and a separate desktop share view.
  • A detachable Agenda/Notes/Open Chat module that can be resized and placed anywhere for efficient screen use.
  • The ability to select Audio-only, and hear any attendee that you’re not already viewing.

VUELIVE and OpenAPrayer participate in National Day of Prayer event!

On May 6, 2010, VUELIVE and OpenAPrayer supported a LIVE 24-hour broadcast, associated with the National Day of Prayer. This historic event began to take shape after the National Day of Prayer was attacked as “unconstitutional” by a Federal judge; and through social media grew virally. In the end, over 1-million people were invited to view the event, with almost 250,000 confirming their attendance through FACEBOOOK.

The 24-hour LIVE broadcast was filled with prayer for our nation and the world, preaching, praise music and testimonies from Pastors Joe Wood, Mark Leonard and Arthur Blessit. The event ended with over 1,000 professions of faith and countless people experienced healing and encouragement.

VUELIVE launches OpenAPrayer on 5/5/10!

OpenACircle for Mac OS X is here!

We’re very pleased to announce the release of OpenACircle 4.0; including support for Windows 7 and Mac OS X.

appleIt’s been over a year since OpenACircle won “Best in Show” at DEMOfall ’08 and we released the initial version of our ground-breaking collaboration application. We have been working diligently to provide a Mac OS X (Leopard and Snow Leopard) supported version. The timing and changes of the Snow Leopard release inspired a few sleepless nights for our engineers…..but now, all the great features of OpenACircle, including our dynamic LIVE Meeting Room are fully supported on a Mac!

Another enhancement in this release is an improved “Meeting” button. Going forward, the new button features a logical drop-down menu that gives each user the option to “Start a New Meeting,” “Schedule a Meeting” or “Enter a Scheduled Meeting.” This enhancement remedies the confusion users had with the old “Meet Now” button.

Essentially, our new service is a FREE video call, which will allow you to do more…..face-to-face. Through LIVE video conferencing, you’ll build better relationships with customers, suppliers and your team…..wherever they are in the world!

Of course, you can still use the convenient, FREE, external audio conference bridge whenever you want. Each LIVE meeting will continue to be assigned a unique, conferencing number and pin for more formal meetings and presentations.
